"La Mama" of German Burlesque

Sandra Steffl aka Sandy Beach is a multi-talented actress, host, voice actress and author who has been performing on German and European stages as well as in television and cinema productions for 30 years.

She is known as the burlesque pioneer of Germany: In 2000, she dug the erotic and very humorous dance out of the mothballs. In 2004 she founded her own burlesque group in Berlin: "The Teaserettes". Many performances all over Europe and cooperations with rock bands, companies and fashion labels followed. The Berlin Teaserettes still exist, in 2014 she founded with the "IsarRats" the Munich pendant.

Currently, the author of the book "Kurvenstar - wie ich mich als Burlesque-Tänzerin neu in meiner Körper verliebt" (Curve Star - How I fell in love with my body newly as a burlesque dancer) is also on tour with her solo program "Kurvenstar - Mama is a Showgirl"

She will guide our guests through  glamorous evenings on Saturday and Sunday in the Silver Hall of Deutsches Theater.
